Job summary

Queen Enterprises is seeking a Floral Designer to provide excellent customer service, develop fresh floral designs, and maintain product quality. The role emphasizes knowledge of plant care, seasonality, rotation of stock, and adherence to store policies.

The ideal candidate will plan arrangements to meet customer and store requirements, support merchandising programs, and contribute to sales while ensuring a safe and clean department environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with floral design needs.
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal plants and flowers.
• Create arrangements per customer and store specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure department standards.
• Handle and rotate products properly to maintain freshness.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Support promotional programs and merchandising efforts.
• Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Contribute to sales through upselling and product recommendations.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The primary purpose of the Floral Designer is to provide excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising and controlling shrink. The Floral designer should have a passion for the product along with design skills to create the most amazing floral experience for the customer.
