Qualifications

• 3 years floral design experience.
• Knowledge of blooming and green plants and fresh cut flowers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs to design floral arrangements that meet design specifications and budget.
• Fulfill customer orders including corsages, wedding work, original designs and European gardens.
• Care for plants and flowers by maintaining optimal conditions.
• Order and purchase flowers and plants from wholesalers and growers.
• Create, maintain and seasonally change in-store displays and department look.
• Track sales, purchases, inventories and shrink.
