You will lead a small team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain high standards for quality and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of floral experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to secure department displays.
• Maintain department merchandising per guidelines.
• Ensure effective ordering and inventory for the Floral Department.
• Oversee pricing and product descriptions/signs.
• Lead and develop the floral team and ensure safety.
