Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to train and team with others.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, stock, and maintain floral products to standards.
• Provide customer service; unload stock and reload salvage; keep areas clean.
• Supervise up to 10 Floral Department associates; direct and evaluate staff.
• Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; address issues.
