Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail or floral setting is preferred.
• Ability to take special orders by phone or in person.
• Familiarity with receiving, stocking and rotating floral products.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast, friendly customer service in the floral department.
• Take special orders by telephone or in person.
• Order and stock balloons, plants, flowers and supplies while ensuring freshness and display quality.
• Perform receiving duties and verify orders against invoices; rotate and condition products.
• Assist customers with product suggestions and suggestive selling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and display.
