Albertsons Companies is seeking a Floral Department Manager to lead daily floral operations, ensuring fresh, beautiful product and exceptional customer experiences. You will guide a team in design, merchandising, and customer service, while coordinating with store leadership on schedules and promotions.

You will oversee inventory, seasonal programs, and events, while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all floral displays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail department.
• Strong customer service and merchandising skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and work in cooler environments.
• Flexible weekend and holiday availability.
• Excellent communication and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Floral Department operations with a focus on customer service and readiness.
• Assist with product selection, custom orders, events, and consultations.
• Design, prepare, and merchandise floral arrangements and seasonal programs.
• Execute merchandising plans, seasonal sets, and promotional displays.
• Maintain fresh floral cases, signage, and pricing.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and waste tracking.
• Hire, train, and develop floral associates while fostering teamwork.
