Albertsons Companies is seeking a Floral Department Manager in a fast-paced, creative retail environment. Oversee daily floral operations, lead a team, and ensure stunning displays that delight customers during everyday moments and special occasions.

You will design and merchandise arrangements, manage inventory and scheduling, and coach associates to maintain top presentation and sanitary standards. Weekend availability and flexibility are required as part of peak-season operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Floral Department operations with a focus on customer service, creativity, and department readiness
• Create a welcoming environment and assist with product selection, custom orders, events, and consultations
• Design, prepare, and merchandise floral arrangements, bouquets, gift items, and seasonal programs
• Execute division merchandising plans and seasonal displays
• Maintain fresh, visually appealing floral cases with accurate signage and pricing
• Monitor plant health, hydration, freshness, and presentation standards
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, markdowns, and waste tracking
• Oversee receiving, conditioning, rotation, and cooler organization
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales and labor targets
• Hire, train, coach, and develop floral associates while fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure sanitation, safety, labeling, and company standards compliance
