Job summary

Hy-Vee in Omaha, NE is seeking a part-time Floral Clerk to assist customers with floral orders, create beginner floral designs, and keep the department stocked and attractive. You will provide warm, attentive service that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma not required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Training provided by Hy-Vee.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with floral orders in person or by phone.
• Prepare and replenish floral items, corsages, bouquets, and greenery.
• Process orders with proper paperwork and confidentiality.
• Monitor freshness and stock levels in the floral department.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and department area.
• Operate the department register and handle payments.
