Job summary

Qualifications

• No extensive experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with placing floral orders in person or over the phone.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish floral products including small arrangements, corsages, bouquets, and balloons.
• Process orders and maintain confidentiality of sender/recipient details and costs.
• Ensure the department is stocked, clean, and well-organized; manage daily delivery lists and deliveries as needed.
• Handle the department register, payments, and basic cashier duties.
• Maintain appearance of the department, including coolers, counters, floors, and sinks.
• Answer phone calls and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
