Job summary

Kroger is seeking a friendly Floral Associate to assist in designing and merchandising floral items and fulfill customer requests. You will greet customers, help design arrangements, package orders, and maintain clean, organized displays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling phone orders, maintaining signage and shelf labels, and ensuring product freshness and safety compliance. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons.
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
