Job summary

Kroger Floral Department is seeking a detail-oriented associate in Kentucky to assist in designing and merchandising floral items, help customers, and process orders. You will greet customers, suggest items, and package orders while keeping the department neat and stocked for display and sale.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected, with on-the-job training provided to support customer-focused service goals.

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide them with great service
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions
