Job summary

Kroger is seeking a service-minded floral department associate in Burlington, AL to assist in designing and merchandising floral items and fulfilling customer requests. You will greet customers and provide great service while helping create arrangements and processing orders.

Responsibilities include packaging orders, running the cash register, maintaining displays, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
