Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a floral team member in Wisconsin to assist with design, merchandising, and customer service. You will greet customers, help fulfill orders, design floral arrangements, package items, and keep the department organized and fresh.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to company policies and safety. Weekend and holiday availability may be needed.

• Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously.
• Assist in decorating and merchandising the department.
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized.
• Keep floors clean, safe, and free from clutter.
• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons.
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation for merchandise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
