Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets in Colville, WA is looking for an enthusiastic floral team member to create an enjoyable shopping experience. You will receive shipments, trim and display flowers, and help customers choose arrangements.

Join a friendly team that values growth, offers discounts, training, and opportunities to advance. You will help with bouquets, packaging, and coordinating local flower deliveries while delivering top service.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in floral setting is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plants and care is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Creating an all around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
• Receiving shipments, and then snipping and displaying our flowers
• Topping up watering solutions to enhance our flowers' life spans
• Advising clients on possible flower combinations
• Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions
• Carefully arranging palatable bouquets for purchase
• Packaging clients' flowers to prevent breakages
• Instructing clients on suitable transporting and feeding processes
• Coordinating all regional flower deliveries
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Complete a pre-employment background check

These qualifications will help you stand out

• Previous experience in a floral department or similar position
