Job summary

Rosauers is hiring for a Produce Department team member in Spokane, WA. You will create an enjoyable shopping experience, greet customers with a smile, and help customers locate items while providing recommendations.

You will also lead, motivate, and support a collaborative team to maintain fresh, safe produce and a clean store environment. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a strong connection to the local community, with opportunities for growth and recognition within

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years or older.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift.

Responsibilities

• Create an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Welcome and greet customers with a smile and provide answers to their questions.
• Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need.
• Help customers locate items to find the produce they need, and provide recommendations.
• Help lead and motivate the produce department team.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and motivate team members.
• Order, stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables.
• Ensure all produce is fresh and safe to eat.
• Remove produce that shows signs of spoilage.
• Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
• Follow all health regulations and safety standards.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements
