Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and keep the store in top shape. Your eye for detail and collaborative approach help drive sales and reinforce our brand in every department.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and coach teams to execute Floorsets.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
