Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance required.
• 2 years in Auto or Financial Service industry.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Experience with inventory finance software.
• Knowledge of Auto Dealer statements and auto auctions preferred.
• Ability to analyze tax returns and financial statements for credit accounts.
• Cash flow analysis to assess liquidity.
• Ability to prioritize work in a heavy volume environment.
• Knowledge of legal documents and business entities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze financial performance using key ratios and make recommendations.
• Manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure prompt follow-up to process accounts timely and efficiently.
• Confirm required supporting documentation per account to secure corporate interest.
• Interface with customer representatives to resolve credit-related issues, including executives.
• Communicate with internal management or Regional Sales Executives to resolve credit-related issues.
• Assess and determine collateral requirements in coordination with other internal departments.
• Ensure compliance in completion of all transactions accurately and timely.
• Review legal documentation to ensure transactions are properly secured and compliant with laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
