Job summary

Rite Rug Co. in Walbridge, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our flooring materials operations. You will load and unload materials, stage orders for delivery teams, and help keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

You will also operate the cutting machine, assist with returns and restocking, and occasionally deliver to stores or customer sites. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving record and be able to drive a box truck when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives)
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks
