Rite Rug Co. in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will safely load and unload flooring materials, pick and stage orders, and operate the cutting machine in a fast-paced warehouse.

This full-time, weekday position offers a steady schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) with pay between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. We provide health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (we’ll train!).
• Strong attention to safety and reliable work habits.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks.
