Job summary

Emergency Reconstruction, LLC is seeking a Flooring Installer to remove, prep, and install tile, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, carpet, and engineered flooring. Work closely with the project manager and other trades to ensure a high-quality finish on restoration projects.

You will measure, cut, and lay flooring materials, prepare subfloors, apply adhesives and sealants, and ensure clean transitions and precise finishing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional flooring installation.
• Skilled in working with multiple flooring types and patterns.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and subfloor preparation.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver precise, high-quality work.
• Must have reliable transportation and tools.

Responsibilities
