Job summary

QuestMark / Centimark Corporation is hiring for a Service / Maintenance Crew to repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems in commercial and industrial spaces. You will diagnose issues, ensure safety, and meet production targets while working on-site and on varied shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting properties and following health and safety guidelines. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, ESOP, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town as needed.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass respirator medical evaluation and fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial and retail properties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Operate equipment and materials properly; meet production targets.
• Input hours timely.
