Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson to lead polishing concrete and epoxy flooring projects across commercial and industrial sites.

The role requires travel, overnight work, and a strong safety and leadership mindset. Competitive compensation includes hourly pay, health and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESOP, paid vacations, and a company truck and phone for foreperson duties.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
• Input timely hours
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews
