Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson to lead flooring service crews and ensure safe, high-quality epoxy and polished concrete applications.

The role requires travel, overnight and weekend work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug screen. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, 401(k), ESOP and paid time off, with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and respirator medical evaluation and fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
