Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for Flooring Crew & Foreman roles. You will install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems at industrial, commercial, and retail sites, traveling as needed.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $15 to $25 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, paid vacation and holidays, and a company truck and phone for foremen.

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
