Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service / Maintenance Crew to repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems across commercial properties. The role requires initiative, a strong work ethic, and reliability.

Travel and overtime are required; a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug screen are essential. Competitive pay with bonuses and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets
• Input timely hours
