Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson in Vacaville, CA. You will lead flooring crews, diagnose issues, and ensure safe, high-quality installation of polished concrete and epoxy systems across commercial and industrial sites.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, willingness to travel, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license and safety certifications are expected, with company truck and phone provided for

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Use equipment and materials properly.
• Meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
