Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Service Foreperson to lead flooring crews in polished concrete and epoxy projects across industrial, commercial, and retail sites. Travel and overnight shifts are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity.

You will supervise crews, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with customers while maintaining health and safety compliance. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
