QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks a Service Foreperson to lead field crews in repairing and maintaining polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will diagnose issues, ensure safety compliance, and drive high-quality workmanship on every project.

The role requires travel, overnight stays, and availability on weekends/holidays, with a competitive pay rate of $20–$28 per hour plus an hourly bonus program, health and life insurance,

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
