Refloor is America's fastest-growing flooring company. This role invites you to meet homeowners, help them choose the right flooring solution, and close sales using company-provided leads in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your effort translates into income.

You will participate in a 4-week hands-on training with the first two weeks fully paid, start earning commission by week three, and benefit from coaching, training, and performance rewards designed to maximize your earnings.

Qualifications

• Willing to work 5 days per week including evenings and Saturdays.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess flooring needs.
• Close sales using provided leads, no cold calling.
• Create a five-star in-home experience for customers.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training.
