Job summary

Refloor is America's fastest-growing flooring company, and we’re looking for motivated sales professionals to meet homeowners, present flooring options, and close deals with company-provided leads.

You’ll train through a 4-week program (first two weeks paid), start earning commissions by week three, and enjoy performance bonuses, a flexible schedule, and rapid earning potential based on results.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and help them choose the right flooring solution.
• Close sales using warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Create a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.
