Factory Direct Floors is looking for a high-energy sales professional to join our team in Southeast Idaho. You’ll manage showroom traffic and perform proactive outside sales to homeowners, builders, and contractors, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Top performers reach $110,000+ annually, with income tied directly to production. After closing, a dedicated production manager handles installation so you can focus on selling and growing with a strong, profitable model.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills across showroom, phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills for follow-ups and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage showroom customers and conduct outside sales outreach.
• Conduct in-home measurements and site visits.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals.
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Use layout/design software to create room plans and visualize options.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and performance.
• Upsell premium products and add-ons to increase project value.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and scope while maintaining margins.
• Develop and cold outreach contractor, builder, and property management accounts.
• Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with Production/Installation Manager for smooth project handoffs.
