Job summary

RC Willey Reno is seeking a Flooring Sales Associate in our Reno, NV store to greet customers, assess flooring needs, and provide tailored recommendations. You’ll follow up with customers through callbacks and notes to ensure satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.

We offer a training wage of $25 per hour for the first 90 days or commission, with the potential to earn about $80,000 annually once fully trained, plus a robust benefits package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales experience helpful but not required.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with goal orientation.
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public.
• Basic computer and typing skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine flooring needs and address questions.
• Provide tailored flooring recommendations to meet expectations.
