Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a knowledgeable Flooring Sales Associate in Layton, UT. You will greet customers, assess flooring needs, and provide tailored recommendations to exceed expectations.

During the first 90 days, compensation includes a training wage of $25 per hour or commission, whichever is greater. After training, lucrative commissions and an average yearly income around $80,000 are possible based on performance.

• Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals.
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public.
• Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns.
• Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded.
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes.
• All other duties as assigned.
