Express Flooring is seeking ambitious Design Consultants to conduct in-home consultations, present customized flooring solutions, and guide customers from first meeting to signed agreement. Compensation: Uncapped commission structure. Successful Design Consultants earn an average of $150,000–$250,000 in their first year, with top performers exceeding $300,000+ annually.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative sales experience.
• Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your schedule and pipeline independently.
• Confidence in a one-call-close sales environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when customers are most available.
• Ability to lift and move product samples and materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned market and managing a schedule that includes multiple in-home appointments per day.
