Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Project Manager to own the execution of new construction multifamily cabinet and countertop scopes from preconstruction through installation, final payment, warranty and closeout. You will lead schedule, scope, cost, quality and client communication while coordinating with estimators, operations and field teams.

The role requires managing submittals, RFIs, change orders and documentation, ensuring adherence to drawings, manufacturer requirements and safety

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, elevations, specifications and contracts.
• Strong cost tracking, budgeting and schedule management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of assigned multifamily cabinet/ countertop scopes from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, field supervision, fabrication, vendors and GC.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and budget with clear communication to stakeholders.
