Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Project Manager in Sioux Falls, SD to oversee commercial flooring and interior finishes projects from award to completion. You will coordinate with field teams, vendors, architects, and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client expectations.

The role requires 1+ year in construction or related fields, strong communication and multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office and estimating software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction, project management, estimating, sales, or a related commercial construction environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize specialized flooring, tile, and construction estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor estimates and develop project pricing to support profitable project execution.
• Manage commercial flooring and interior finishes projects from project award through final completion.
• Coordinate project activities with field personnel, installers, suppliers, contractors, architects, owners, and internal support staff.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project updates and resolve issues that may impact timelines or project performance.
• Support procurement, scheduling, and project documentation activities as needed.
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
