Job summary

Montgomery’s is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager for its Flooring Division in Sioux Falls. You will oversee projects from initial planning through final installation, coordinating scheduling, material orders, installers, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires organizing complex moving pieces, strong communication, and ability to manage scopes, timelines, and budgets. Weekend availability and blueprint literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• 2-3 years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate through completion of floor covering projects.
• Review specs and blueprints for accurate estimating.
• Create material and labor estimates for project scopes.
• Procure materials and plan production schedules.
• Coordinate installers and contractors; manage scheduling.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of materials.
• Plan and implement projects from initiation to closure within timelines and budgets.
