Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Project Manager in Sioux Falls, SD to oversee commercial flooring and interior finishes projects from award to completion. You will coordinate with field teams, vendors, architects, and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client expectations.

The role requires 1+ year in construction or related fields, strong communication and multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office and estimating software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction, project management, estimating, sales, or a related commercial construction environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize specialized flooring, tile, and construction estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

We are seeking a Project Manager who will oversee projects from award through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for estimating, coordinating, and managing commercial flooring and interior finishes projects throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with internal support teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with project requirements.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
