Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Flooring Installer in Baltimore, MD to load materials each morning, then travel to customers’ homes for professional flooring installation and trim replacement. You will greet customers, perform installations, maintain a clean work area, and ensure accurate paperwork is completed before returning to the warehouse.

Requirements include experience in flooring or related trades, basic tools knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone

Qualifications

• Experience installing window/doors, carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
