Job summary

West Shore Home in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Flooring Installer to perform safe and effective floor installations following SOPs and PPE protocol, starting at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. You will load materials, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing flooring, install new floors, replace trim, and ensure a clean, well-presented job site.

The role involves collecting paperwork and payments and returning to the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience installing flooring, remodels, or related construction work.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required for company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

Purpose of Position:

The Flooring Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21.50 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience installing window/doors, carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s Licenseand reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
