Job summary

West Shore Home in Lexington, KY is looking for a Flooring Installer to perform safe, high-quality floor installations, follow SOPs, and deliver a 5-star customer experience. You will load materials, travel to job sites, install flooring, trim, and ensure cleanups.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic tool knowledge, and a readiness to learn. The position starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience installing flooring/remodeling or a hunger to learn.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
