West Shore Home, LLC is seeking a Flooring Installer in Lexington, KY to perform flooring installations following SOPs and PPE protocols. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customers’ homes, install replacement floors, and ensure neat, safe work areas.

Responsibility includes communicating with customers, collecting paperwork, and maintaining quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic tool knowledge are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience installing flooring preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
