West Shore Home is seeking a Bathroom Installer to perform safe and effective bathroom remodel installations in the Minneapolis area. The role starts early and involves loading materials, traveling to customers, and completing installs with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
