ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team in Wilmington, NC. The role focuses on installing floor coverings and interior finishes, with responsibilities spanning drywall, trim, and paint touch-ups to ensure a polished result.

You will work closely with teammates and project managers on year-round projects. Candidates must supply their own tools, have a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong craftsmanship

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing floor coverings primarily
• Install and repair drywall, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishes
• Conduct painting and touch‑up work to ensure a clean, finished appearance
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines

Requirements
