Empire Today is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to manage installation projects for in-home and business-to-business flooring sales. You will be responsible for resource allocation, customer satisfaction, and project audits to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in fundamentals of carpet and flooring installations.
• Working knowledge of home improvement codes preferred.
• Experience with material take-offs and estimating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
• Evaluate and on-board independent installer talent.
• Foster relationships with installation contractors.
• Audit projects for material availability and scope alignment.
• Collaborate to resolve installation-related customer complaints.
