Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and track installations with contractor crews.
• Point person for field communication with customers and installation crews.
• Manage contractors during installation and repair services.
• Perform pre-installation site inspections to ensure quality.
• Measure substrates and square footage to meet city codes and guidelines.
• Perform post-installation inspections for quality control.
• Address warranty issues and define actions/scope of work.
• Communicate results to builders and warranty managers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with superintendents and managers.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform monthly inventory counts of area warehouses.
