The role emphasizes troubleshooting, repairing, restoring, and replacing flooring, collaborating with other departments to minimize guest disruptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or engineering in hotels/resorts.
• Hands-on flooring troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Ability to work across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, restore, and replace flooring materials across property.
• Perform carpet stretching, tile replacement, grouting, seam repairs, and surface prep.
• Support broader engineering maintenance as needed across rooms and public areas.
