What you’ll do

• Meet with customers to understand their projects and help them choose flooring.
• Visit job sites, take accurate measurements, and gather the details needed to prepare estimates.
• Follow up with customers and guide them through the sales process.

Flooring sales or measuring experience is , but we’re willing to train someone who is motivated, learns quickly, and pays attention to detail.

Schedule: Five days per week, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation: Commission-based sales position with a draw paid biweekly. The draw is approximately $3,500–$6,000 per month before bonuses, depending on experience and flooring knowledge. We’ll explain the commission and draw structure during the interview.
