Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant to engage customers on the sales floor, conduct design appointments, and assist in selecting tile, wood, stone, and accessories for various styles and budgets.

The role partners with store leaders to maximize sales, expands the design services brand, and uses Salesforce, the Online Design Appointment Scheduler, and MyProject to manage projects and communications. Base pay begins at $15/hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Basic math skills and comfortable with numbers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with design needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop a client base.
• Provide guidance on tile, wood, stone and accessories for projects.
• Manage multiple customer projects with accuracy and follow-up.
