Job summary

Sherwin-Williams store #702380 in Jackson, MS is seeking a full-time installer coordination associate to support wholesale floorcovering sales. You will help identify installers, schedule installations, inspect work on-site, and maintain records in the store's system.

You will liaise with customers and contractors, ensure installations meet quality standards, and help manage installer accounts and training needs to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering products preferred.
• Experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment preferred.
• Experience installing floorcovering preferred.
• Carpet & Vinyl Installation Certification preferred.
• Ability to read/write/speak Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and coordinate with outside sources for information.
• Ensure installer transactions are properly recorded in the store system.
